  6. Other third-party costs, like paid APIs, app store fees or premium plugins, billed at cost.
  7. No maintenance plan means a handover with no support obligation; fixes after 30 days quoted.
  8. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Who owns the product after delivery?

Everything we build for you is delivered in your name: your domain, your store accounts, your users. It is yours to run. Echo and Clinama are the exceptions: you subscribe to them, we run them, and you stop whenever you like.

How does payment work?

One fixed price, agreed before we start. 60% to begin, 40% on delivery. No hourly billing, no surprises. A quote is valid for 14 days.

How long will it take?

Landing and business websites take a week; booking sites, e-commerce and marketplaces two. FinTrack and dashboards take a month; Agenda, CRM and Dispatch two. Every quote comes with a date. If you need it sooner and it is feasible, express delivery is +25%.

What happens after launch?

You choose. With a maintenance plan we keep it online, safe and backed up, fix what breaks and, on the higher plans, keep adding to it. Without one, you get a clean handover; anything you need after the first 30 days is quoted as a small project.

What do you need from me to start?

A short description of your business and what the product should do, your languages, and whatever you already have: logo, photos, texts, a domain. Missing a logo or a brand? We can make those too, priced separately and finished before the build starts.

Do you work outside Albania?

Yes. Albania, Europe and anywhere else you are. Most of the work happens remotely, and when distance allows we meet in person. The process is the same everywhere: one conversation, one fixed price, one delivery date. And at today's market rates for finished software, the price and the timeline are hard to beat.

Can I refer a business to Kromlab?

Yes, and you get paid for it. Anyone can apply to the partner program. When a business you introduce completes a website or app project, you receive 10% of the final price, and the business gets 5% off its first project. Echo and Clinama subscriptions and maintenance plans are not included. How the partner program works →
